6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from system downtime, technical errors, data loss, or unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

pk44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect service availability. pk44 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify users in advance where possible.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
